your365invoice ("we", "us", "our") provides an online invoice maker focused on daily wage and construction work, with templates for business and freelance invoices. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your choices.
By creating an account, using our website, or submitting a contact message, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
When you register, we store:
If you subscribe or pay through Stripe, we also store a Stripe customer identifier and subscription status linked to your account. Payment card details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
When you create or save invoices while signed in, we store the information you enter, including:
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice content. We do not verify tax, legal, or employment compliance of the figures you enter.
You may start building an invoice without signing in. Draft details are kept temporarily in your browser's session storage on your device — not on our database — until you sign in or clear your browser data.
To download, email, or permanently save an invoice, you will need to create an account and verify your email.
Invoices you have not yet downloaded remain in your account while you are using the service, so you can edit and manage them from your dashboard.
After you download or send an invoice PDF, we mark it with a download timestamp. Those invoices are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of that download/send event. We run automated cleanup jobs for this purpose.
Please save a copy of every PDF on your own device or cloud storage. Once deleted from our servers, we cannot recover it for you.
We use an encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. We store hashed one-time codes for email verification and password reset; these expire after a short period and are deleted after use.
Paid access (monthly subscription or future pay-per-download options) is handled by Stripe. We store:
Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing. You can manage cards and subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal when available in your dashboard.
If you contact us through the website, we store:
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Support emails may be sent through our email provider (Resend or configured SMTP).
We may send transactional emails including:
We do not send marketing newsletters unless we introduce that feature and you opt in separately.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
For privacy questions or data requests, use the contact form on our homepage or email the address listed there.
