Rules for using your365invoice — what we offer, what you are responsible for, billing, and data retention.
Last updated: 20 May 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of your365invoice, including our website, invoice templates, PDF generation, email delivery, account features, and paid access options.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
your365invoice is an online tool to create professional PDF invoices, including:
We may improve, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
your365invoice is a document preparation tool only. We do not provide legal, tax, payroll, superannuation, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws, tax rules, employment regulations, and your client or employer requirements.
GST toggles, ABN fields, and similar features are provided for convenience — they do not constitute professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
You retain ownership of the content you enter (client names, amounts, descriptions, bank details, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service — including generating PDFs and sending emails you request.
You agree not to use the service to:
New accounts receive a limited access period to create and download invoices. After that period, continued PDF downloads and email sending may require paid access through Stripe.
Failure to pay may result in loss of download/send access until payment is restored. We do not guarantee recovery of invoices after access lapses.
Invoices remain editable in your account until you download or send them as a PDF. Once downloaded or sent, they are scheduled for automatic deletion from our servers within 24 hours.
You must keep your own copies. We are not a long-term archive. We are not liable for loss of data after the retention window or if you delete your account.
When you email an invoice, you authorise us to send the PDF to the recipient address you provide. You are responsible for verifying the recipient email and the contents of the message.
Email delivery depends on third-party providers and recipient mail servers. We do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, or that attachments will not be blocked by spam filters.
Messages sent through our contact form may be stored to handle your request and maintain a support thread. Please do not send sensitive information (such as full bank login details or identity documents) through contact messages unless we explicitly ask for it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that PDF output will meet every client's formatting requirements or that calculations are error-free — always review before sending.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, your365invoice and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or AUD $50 if you have not made any payment.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your invoice content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
